  • Returns + Exchanges

    1. Introduction

    • This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products purchased from IHcPro's e-commerce platform may be returned. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

    2. Eligibility for Returns

    • You may return most items purchased from our platform under the following conditions:
    • The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
    • Certain items, such as perishable goods or customized products, may be non-returnable (see Exclusions below).

    3. Initiating a Return

    • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    • Contact our customer service team at returns@ihcpro.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
    • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the package with the provided RAN.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

    4. Return Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    5. Refunds

    a. Processing Time:
    • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
    • You will be notified via email once your return has been received and inspected.
    b. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

    6. Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

    7. Exclusions

    Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
    • Perishable goods
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

    8. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number and details of the issue, along with photographs if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
