- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the package with the provided RAN.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
