This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased from IHcPro's e-commerce platform. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
We offer delivery of our medical consumables within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to international destinations.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order. The total delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or operational delays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
b. Dispatch Notification:
You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information, if applicable.
a. Delivery Address:
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address. IHcPro will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
b. Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order to the specified address. If delivery is unsuccessful, they may leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
c. Risk and Ownership:
Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the Goods will pass to you once full payment has been received and the Goods are delivered.
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control. In case of significant delays, we will notify you promptly. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you and provide an option to cancel your order or select an alternative product.
For orders with tracking, you can track the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
